Adebowale has over 17 years of experience working with various Insurers.

His experience in Insurance spans product underwriting, reinsurance, process automations, business analysis, product development & pricing, business strategy & planning, actuarial related work, capital planning and asset liability management amongst others. He has led different high-powered teams to deliver results that have set companies apart.

Prior to joining Coronation Life Assurance Limited, he was a Director and lead actuary at PwC Nigeria, supporting Insurance and non-Insurance clients. He was also hugely involved in implementing the latest Insurance Accounting Standard (IFRS 17) for various insurers in Nigeria. He has at various times led the actuarial functions of several insurers such as AXA-Mansard, Wapic and Old Mutual Nigeria Insurance companies.

He holds a Masters’ degree in Actuarial Science (with Distinction) and a Masters’ degree in Actuarial Management (with Distinction), both from the Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, UK. He is an Oracle Certified Associate and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. He is also a qualified actuary with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in UK.
