Mr Uche currently sits as the principal partner at Wigwe & Partners, he was Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. Uche holds an LL.M. in Petroleum Law and Policy from the University Dundee, Scotland, an LL.B. from the University of Ibadan, and a BS.C in Banking and Finance from the University of Port Harcourt. 

He wields strong expertise in advising on various practice areas including Construction and Infrastructure Law, Energy and Natural Resources sector. He has also developed a strong practice in Corporate Insolvency and Debt Recovery.

Uche is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and is the Secretary to the NBA-Section of Business Law Infrastructure, Project and Construction Committee. He is also a member of the International Bar Association and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
