Ms. Chizoba Ufoeze is the Managing Director/CEO of United Alliance Company of Nigeria Limited, with over two decades experience as an investment analyst in the financial services industry. Ms. Chizoba Ufoeze has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Nigeria, Nsuka and an MBA from the Middlesex University Business School London. 

She also has a Masters of Science Degree in Investment Management from the City University Business School, London. Ms. Chizoba Ufoeze was appointed to the Board in January 2014 and is the Chairperson of the Board Finance, Investment & General Purpose Committee. Ms. Chizoba Ufoeze is 51 years old as at the date of this meeting.
